Mace is building on its growing reputation in Asia with the establishment of our Vietnamese offices in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

Mace's internationally proven management processes are being implemented across our projects throughout Vietnam and we have been appointed to provide a variety of services including development management, project management and construction management, across a multitude of sectors including retail, commercial and residential projects. We also bring to Vietnam a long track record of successfully delivering large scale resort developments and infrastructure projects in the rail and aviation sectors. Mace is currently advising clients in the development of several landmark projects that provide challenges for local contractors, such as deep basement structures and highrise tower construction. Mace has also been appointed to manage a "green" residential development in Ho Chi Minh City, introducing international sustainability concepts with the intent of achieving a globally recognised certification for this luxury development.
