Established in 2009 from a highly successful joint venture with a local partner, Mace has an established office in Luanda, Angola.

Mace was recently appointed to a major residential project in Angola, one of several new projects the group is working to secure as it expands into Africa. Our new client, Panservice S.A., has appointed Mace as project manager on its US$323m Kianda Towers project in Luanda. The project comprises two 25-storey commercial office towers and two 27-storey residential towers with retail elements and basement car parking.

The Mace team is also carrying out a consultancy and technical support role on another important project, phase two of Nova Vida. This $347m residential project comprises a social housing scheme of more than 2,500 apartments and houses, plus associated infrastructure. From its office in Luanda, Mace is providing the company's usual wide range of consultancy services including project management, construction delivery, due diligence and related technical consultancy.
