Role: Managing Director

Mark is the Managing Director of Mace Plus, the contracting arm of Mace, a role he has held since the company's formation in 2004.

Mark began his career in the construction industry in 1981 as a commercial trainee with Mowlem and over the last 28 years has gained experience across various business disciplines including estimating/surveying, business development and general management.

Mark has overseen new build, refurbishment and fit out projects in the commercial, retail, leisure, education and residential sectors with project values ranging up to £100m. Prior to joining Mace, Mark held senior roles at Wates Group and Structuretone Inc where he was Managing Director of individual companies or groups of businesses and his business experience includes working with both UK and USA based organisations.

The growth of Mace Plus since 2004 has been significant and Mark continues to lead the Board in diversifying its client base, markets and delivery offer. Mace Plus continues to expand in both Public and Private sectors developing relationships with blue chip companies that retain long term interests in property development and assets.

Mark is a member of the Mace Group Construction Board and represents Mace on the UKCG Forum.
