Steve Gillingham

Steve is a director at Mace with responsibility for the Manchester office and northern region of the UK. He brings a fresh approach to many sectors, from commercial, education and residential, to industrial and urban regeneration.

With his blend of strong communication skills and wide industry experience, Steve is interested in people and adept at understanding organisations, a combination which helps Steve ensure that services are tailored to client's needs.

Steve's recent clients include Manchester City Council, Lafarge UK, The Riverside Housing Partnership, Merrill Lynch Europe and Ernst & Young LLP.

Having worked previously for Sense cost consultancy, Steve is experienced in all aspects of cost consultancy from feasibility, benchmarking and developer negotiations, to project completion.
