Simon is an experienced professional whose current responsibilitiy is for the day-to-day management of the midlands region. Simon has spent over 20 years in the industry and has worked on a number of high profile Construction Management and Project Management projects. He has been involved in programmes of work and projects across a variety of sectors from, Commercial, Infrastructure, Regeneration, Housing, Health, Aviation & Retail.

Simon's extensive project management experience has given him a good knowledge of the construction process from managing design teams through the design process to procurement, cost control and the construction and close out phrases of projects. Simon is a hands on manager with extensive experience of managing multi-disciplined teams and
complex projects.
