Philip joined Mace in 1996 and currently works in the public sector consultancy business with overall responsibility for office portfolio development.

Philip is a highly motivated and experienced programme manager with a diverse portfolio of achievements in the delivery of complex projects/programmes across a number of diverse business organisations. He is highly adept on business case development, business re-organisation, business risk, continuity planning, and the development of strategies and processes around complicated issues.

He is currently working with a number of organisations in either a strategic or account manager capacity, including: Bath & North East Somerset Council; West Sussex County Council; Gloucestershire County Council; Isle of White Council; Barnardo's; London Borough of Croydon; and London Borough of Lambeth

Recently, Philip worked in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council's project director on their office rationalisation and business re-organisation programme and led the Mace multi-disciplinary team for the delivery of the approved business case. Responsibilities included management of the Client's workstream leaders to provide a holistic co-ordinated approach; a disposals and acquisitions refurbishment and fit-out programme to ensure a capital neutral solution; the transition and relocation of staff; and a change management programme. The success of the programme also included the achievement of a cultural change to embrace new ways of working that fulfilled the key objectives to provide an efficient and effective public service and maximise the potential of staff.
