Michael Arikat

Michael Arikat was most recently with Jones Lang LaSalle, where he was a senior vice president for project management services based in San Francisco. In this role, Michael oversaw the execution of an integrated program to remodel and/or construct new schools for a total of $200m in construction spend. From 2001-07, Michael served as new store development manager for a Fortune 10 financial services company and managed an annual capital expenditure averaging $180m. Additionally, he acted as portfolio manager for the same financial services client, managing a multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionals to execute integrated outsourcing services across a 450-branch regional portfolio.

Previously, Michael served with Barclays Global Investors as workplace innovation manager and held various positions within the architectural and project management services industry. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from University of California at Berkeley.
