Greg Parker

Greg is managing director of cost consultancy in North America, responsible for leadership of the firm’s construction cost and risk advisory practice for North America. He is an internationally recognised leader in construction risk identification, planning and implementing mitigation strategies helping numerous companies establish and implement risk management as a core project management activity.

Greg has a particular interest in construction anti-fraud awareness and has provided relevant training, workshop facilitation and thought leadership pieces. Previously, he worked for Ernst & Young as a senior manager in its construction advisory practice responsible for construction cost and procurement management, providing a strategic role in the control and management of major capital expenditure programmes for major blue chip corporate and public sector owners.

He was also president of Currie & Brown, the US quantity surveying company. Greg is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Quantity Surveying and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration.
