David Stoutamire

David Stoutamire joins Mace from Sempai Services, a project management services company he founded in 2007. Previously, David was director of project management services for Cushman & Wakefield based in Atlanta and also worked with Draper & Associates as a senior program manager. In his career, David has worked with many clients, including Office Depot, SITA (Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques), Nokia Siemens Networks, Alston & Bird, King & Spalding, Georgia Tech, Emory University, and the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games to name a few.

Prior to his corporate career, David spent 10 years as a commissioned officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers, including direct oversight of the development of the King Khalid Military City in Saudi Arabia. David holds an MBA from Emory University, a Masters in Civil Engineering from University of Florida, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
