Ann Mendelsohn | Mace
Ann joined Mace's North America leadership team as director of project management for the midwest region in 2012. With more than 20 years of experience delivering project management, strategic advisory and interior architecture, she has been responsible for over three million square feet of interior office spaces. Prior to joining Mace, Ann was executive vice president for ACRE Project Management, where she was responsible for the development of project management services in Chicago and establishing the overall operations strategy.
Previously, Ann was vice president at The Rise Group, where she successfully led the project management team through all phases for the delivery of the 650,000 square foot corporate headquarters for Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, and GTCR Golder Rauner as well as providing strategic advisory and project management for Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company.
Additionally, Ann was a vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle providing project management services for the national portfolio of Willis Insurance, the consolidation of WPP Group operating companies into over 200,000 square feet of space with four unique designs and Quaker Oats headquarters relocation. Her specialties are project management, business development, proposal writing, contract negotiation, procurement, value engineering and portfolio management. She provides overall day-to-day strategic, program and project management leadership, while managing a focus delivery of quality space for her clients.
