Stephen Jeffery

Stephen Jeffery is a member of the strategic board for construction and the director responsible for specialist services, which encompasses mechanical and electrical engineering, logistics and the Business School.

Stephen is also responsible for our in-house engineering contracting company, Mace MEP.

Stephen joined Mace in 1996 and has worked on most types of engineering services projects with different forms of contract. He has successfully project managed and delivered projects in the commercial, residential and pharmaceutical sectors.

In 2002 Stephen became an operations director responsible for the M&E services team within Mace and was instrumental in establishing industry best practice process and procedures within the company and ensuring that the supply chain was also targeted to ensure consistency.

In 2004 Stephen became a director of Mace responsible for the M&E services delivery across the construction sector, which meant establishing a team structure which would generate in-house talent and ensure that consistent delivery would be maintained even though the diversity across the company was growing.

In 2006 Mace MEP was established, an M&E contracting delivery company whose main strategy is to follow tried and tested procedures founded through years of managing projects and transfer those skills to the installation arena.
