Phil Coutts

Phil is the director responsible for Mace's science and technology construction delivery and has been a member of the Construction Board since 2008.

With over 26 years experience in the construction industry, Phil has gained a reputation as a leader in the construction of high quality, complex and demanding projects against stringent timeframes. He has directed the construction of more than 1 million square feet of premium quality business critical space across Europe in the last five years, including three of the largest tier 3 / 4 data centre projects in Europe. In recent years he has presented on the application of modern construction techniques to data centre projects at the international Data Centre Dynamics conference in London.

Mace provides a full range of services to support its clients in technology related projects in the data centre, pharmaceutical, media, food processing and manufacturing sectors. Its success is underpinned by an intimate understanding of its client’s project and business needs, coupled with the sector / industry experience, technical knowledge and the leadership required to fulfil them.
