Strong, transparent and accountable governance ensures the health of the Mace organisation and development opportunities for our people. The Mace business is structured to focus on our customer’s businesses across three key boards – international, consultancy and construction. All of the directors at Mace maintain significant client involvement and are renowned for their hands-on approach to customer service, employee engagement and delivery.
